candling marans e g g s

So some of my marans e g g s I can candle and see the moving little baby, but some of them are just too dark, what should I do? Should I just wait and see at day 18 when I move them to the hatcher? I am on day 8 now.

Maran eggs are really tough unless you have a bright candler. I would just leave them and wait and see what happens.

I couldn't see in mine either, so I just gave the bator a sniff every day and left them alone, and now I have two Cuckoo Maran babies!
