Canker?

Can anyone tell if this is canker? A good amount of my flock has this red around their beak but she is the worst. Swollen and hard under beak. All are eating and drinking fine

Can you shine a bright light on the chick and get a clear picture?
It's too hard to see what you are talking about.

Do you smell anything foul or sour coming from his mouth?

Can you open the beak and take a picture of the inside to look for yellow cheesy material?

Nothing like that inside her mouth. It’s the redness around the mouth/eyes and the swollen area under her beak
