Cannot post review of breed! Says I do not have permission

Hi,
I have tried to write a review on a couple of breeds that I have but it will not let me, and says I do not have permission. What am I doing wrong? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

It may be a bug or it could be due to your post count. To help prevent spam certain features are unlocked after a certain post count. You might try posting a bit more to see if that fixes it.

I have posted a review of silkies before so it seems odd that it won't let me now. Thanks for your response
