cannot post

I cannot post remarks on the threads. This problem started yesterday, so I turned off my computer and started it later. I could post then.....

But, today, I have not been able to post a remark on a thread all day. I can pm and (obviously) I can start another thread......

Can someone explain this to me, or help me fix the problem ??
