Cant determine the age and breed?

I bought this a month ago along with the other hens but I cant figure out the breed and age of this pullet.and how much time I have to wait before seeing her lay her first egg.Another thing, the previous owner didn't himself knew the breed and age.

Based on her small size and very white legs, I think she could be an old English game bantam mix. I don't think she is purebred. She's probably between 12 and 17 weeks old. She probably won't lay until the daylight hours grow longer in Spring.

That's my take on her, but other posters may have different ideas, so it is worth checking back and getting a consensus of opinions.
