Can't figure out the mystery egg!

We have 5 hens but get 6 different colored eggs! Do older hens sometimes lay eggs without pigment? We have 2 Aracaunas that lay green, an EE that lays blue, and an EE that lays pinky brown, and then 2 other eggs, one that is brown like the EE's and one that is white but kind of with a greenish tinge. Oops forgot to mention the older hen is a 4+/- year old barred rock. I suspect she is laying the other brown and sometimes white egg since the other 4 have always laid the same colored eggs. So, I guess it's not a mystery after all lol.

I have 4 hems and finally they have started to lay..well I know one has. I have been getting green eggs for a couple of weeks, I think it's from my barred easter egger. But just the last couple of days I have found a small pink egg in the nesting box. I was told my two EEs would lay blue from the breeder I purchased from. So I am wondering who of my four is laying the pink eggs lol. I have two EEs a bantam black orpingtin and a svart hona.

Do older hens sometimes lay eggs without pigment?

Any birds eggs can vary in the brown coating density, but some more than others...and older birds might be more likely to do so.

I suspect she is laying the other brown and sometimes white egg since the other 4 have always laid the same colored eggs. So, I guess it's not a mystery after all lol.

I love it when a mystery is self-solved by just talking/typing it out!!
