I've had mine for about a year. Always worked great. Humitity and temp have always been perfect.
I finished a great hatch in June. Ofcourse I had to increase the humitity for lock down and all was well. I spent the next 2 months moving and just set more eggs thinking all would go well. But the humitity is way too high. I checked everything and have turned down the auto pump system so much I think I could just take the tube out and it would be the same. Any ideas on what went wrong?
Sorry, I should mention I live in Fl. So humitity is alway high but never had a problem before

We have the same incubator and had the same problem with the humidity, we decided it was the room it was in, to much light causing a green house effect, so we put it in a room with no windows (a built in wardrobe, basically a small room with no heat, light or windows) this stopped the problem with the high humidity.... Hope tis helps
