Can't get my hatcher above 99.3

My humidity is good, It is 76 but my temp is slightly low at 99.3 is this anything to worry about?

Keep in mind I am fairly new at hatching eggs but I would think 99.3 is fine. Doesn't seem like .2 would make too much difference.

Did you check with a second reliable thermometer if the temp is right?

Yeah... They are all good.. My hens always stand up off the eggs to watch them hatch anyway... Silly hens...

My bator is running 99.3 to 100.2 I am afraid to touch it for fear of being even more off than that. I think 99.3 is fine.​
