I'm new. Just today I signed up and have learned a great deal about chickens. I have 2 Buff Orpingtons and 2 Black Australorps. They are beautiful. I also have 3 wonderful sons, a great husband (today is out 26th anniversary) a red nose pit bull, a super long haired orange cat, a turtle that has lived in the back yard for about 8 years and a goldfish.

Welcome...and it IS an addiction, I started out wanting to get about 6-8 hens...by the end of this week-end I should have around 40..
