cant open private messages

Hopefully someone can help me, I cant open my private messages. i see that i have one but cant read it. Any ideas as to what i should do.?

I'm having no trouble with mine and I see no others have chimed in with the same problem. I'd suggest you try a different browser, or try logging out and emptying your cache, and perhaps rebooting, then logging back in. Have you added a new add-on recently?
