Can't post replies

When I try to reply in the reply box below a thread, I get an error message saying I didn't enter text. Help!

It works now, but it will randomly keep me from sending replies. I'll try to get a screenshot.

I'm using the latest version of Chrome. It is due for a cache and cookie clearing.
