Can't tell if pullet is sick or injured

I have a silkie pullet, hatched on Thanksgiving with other silkies & seramas.
She is having a hard time walking. She leans forward and to the left, making her look like Igor.
When moving, she looks like she is limping but sometimes falls forward with her wings out.
They are all eating medicated start& grow, have never been out on ground, they went from the brooder to the coop
but are not old enough to go outside in these temps.

They were not vaccinated for Mareks. Her eyes look clear, there is no sign of inflamation around the feather base, no sign of mites. I can't feel anything wrong with her legs.

She has been separated from the others but cried so much I selected my least favorite of her flockmates (I know that sounds awful) to keep her company & she calmed down. She is grooming & drinking water, but I have not seen her eat yet nor poop.
She doesn't feel skinny & her crop isn't packed.

I plan to put some Aviacharge in the water & make her a cooked yolk/oatmeal/mixed with plain yogurt dish.

There is no local vet and no $, however I do have a selection of meds.

Any recomendations?

Last night I noticed she wasn't as 'perky' and she was moving slowly.

She has no nasal symptoms and is breathing fine. I just can't figure out what is wrong.

this is probably a dumb and obvious question but have you closely examined her feet? is she eating anything yet? if not could be time to syringe feed... can't think of anything else except maybe post pics and other experts will chime in.

Feet look ok, the nails are a little longer than I'd like & could use a trim, but they're not long enough
to impede her walking. I'll try to get a pic.....

I don't think it's bumblefoot - pads are clean, toes are straight. thanks though....

Is there anyway that she is not getting to eat? maybe her roommates are picking on her? I had a rooster get stuck in a drain thing(long story) for almost 4 days because we couldn't find him, he was younger. and he hadn't eaten or drank water and he had the same symptoms I had to syrenge feed him so he gets his strength back and then he was fine.

Yes, I think that may be part of the problem... if she was not able to get herself over to the water or feed.
She was very thirsty when I brought her in. I've seen her eating & drinking in the past with the others
and there was no problem. She feels normal weight - not bony or even thin.
She's in the brooder now with a friend and the food & water are close by.
but I think there is more to it than that....

Maybe a nutritional deficiency? Maybe try Poly-vi-sol vitamin supplement (without iron) or something like AviaCharge in the water?
