I thought it might be helpful to have a thread where people can post pics of various dressed breeds of fowl, both domestic and wild. What the bird look like on the outside is nice, but as a carnivore I'm more concerned with whats on the inside. Please include the following with your images-

Breed and origin
Age -in weeks-
Carcass dressed weight
Finishing feeds and methods
Opinion on quality
Any other comments

I will add pics of my dressed bresse roosters, cornish cross and some wild fowl this evening. Looking forward to what we get up here

Here's a 42lb Broad Breasted Bronze Turkey.

Grew it on Flock Raiser, & Some Scratch Grains. Scratch was for adding abit more fat to the bird before butcher, & to help keep it moist during the baking process for Thanksgiving.

I get poults from Meyer's Hatchery every year.

Taste is very great, & juicy. Compared to store bought Turkey, it's better by 100%.

The bird was about 7-8 months old.

I do, my first three are all passing week 17 and are around 20lbs each right now. I'll get some pics of them up shortly, they're really quite personable and not the dummies I was expecting
