Cardinal nest in trouble

A cardinal has nested in my rose bush, and the 3 eggs hatched yesterday. Unfortunately my dogs have found them, and I'm afraid they are going to get hurt. I want to move the nest but the only safe place would be outside my fence, but I feel like that would be to far.... What can I do?

The best thing to do is to make sure the dogs can get there, section it off so mom can raise her babies with no worries, or build some kind of nesting box and put her eggs there... I wouldn't suggest moving, touching or going near her nest so the mom doesn't freak and leave her babies. The best thing is to get a professional that works with wild birds like this and get them to safely relocate the nest if needed. Hope that helps
