Every year our two White Cochine Frizzles go broody. And every year they lose weight and their feathers. On Sat. we put a couple of duck eggs our friends gave us under one of them. Today she is very pale and I am concerned about her.

I am wondering if there is something I can do to better care of her while she is broody.

I know a lot of people here take the broody hen off the nest once a day to eat and poop. Others hand feed their broody hens.

Hopefully others will be able to help.

Heres to a good hatch and a healthy broody.
