Alright...

Remove oil cap and oil plug, drain oil, lube filter seal, fill new filter with oil, remove old filter and replace with new, replace oil plug, fill oil, check oil level, start engine and check for leaks. Done!

Nope! Forgot one step... Take chicken out of oil pan! Dang it!

Anyone! What's the best course of action to get this PW Leggern back to Pearl White? I already washed him with dish liquid, but will his feathers ever be the same? He looks sad and has lost all insulating properties.

Thanks!

all i know of is Dawn dish soap..they used it with the birds that got contaminated in that big oil spill in the ocean....umm..maybe a whitening(sp?) shampoo for dogs/cats?

Good Luck Scratchen By. You are not alone. Last year My Rhode Island Sage kept getting into the deck stain.
Imp-colorfully

By the way Rhode Island Sage is a cross between a Rhode Island Red and Sage house paint.

She's a troubled pullet.

Ditto this is your best option, if done right he/she will be as good as new.

He actually looks pretty good, now that he's dried a bit.

I washed his pitiful self in the sink with Joy, but he's still smelling like Castroo and yellow. I'll take him outside tomorrow (forecast... 70*F) and wash him with Dawn in the ole bucket. Then set him free. Good luck on the grooming Castroo! He just got named!

Guess I'll buy one of those oil pans that has the small plug on top and the oil drains in for used oil storage. Payen my chicken dues...
