Cat attack- is there anything else I should do?

I'm sure she will get back to her old self once she is feeling better. She's probably very sore

No doubt, poor little lady. I'm just happy she's past the shock phase and mending. This is her last week or so.

She is very cute. When I have young chickens first going outside I scare my cats or dogs to death by saying "no!" whenever they come near them. Usually they are in a secure pen until they are old enough to be fairly safe, around 2-2 1/2 months old.

I tried being really fierce and pushed my cat away from the door every time I came in/out, but he saw a crack and went for it. My fault for not making sure that the door slid shut all the way
