I got woken up today by my mom saying my cat was acting sick. About a week ago I noticed some blood on her neck, probably from a fight with another cat...it was really small though. Today she is acting lethargic, she hardly moves. Her eyes seem weird, maybe glassy? She did seem to have just a tiny bit of drool starting to come out of her mouth, i also notice she is shedding now. sigh. She has just been laying around for the past day I guess, but until now she has been fine. Idk if it is this seems very sudden and my mom is unsure about her vaccination.

Definitely get her to the vet ASAP. There are two forms of rabies; a "mad" form and a "dumb" form. It sounds like it is very possible that she has the dumb form. They will become very lethargic and typically show other neurologic signs.

Cat to cat fights seem to be a great source for horrible infections. So it does not have to be dramatic just yet.
I have heard of rabit cats (not pretty!!) and pray that that is not the case. Even the way to make sure if the cat (or any other unvaccinated animal for that matter) does or does not have rabies is not pretty. How great if you get the 'no, it wasn't rabies after all' verdict but they still put your pet down. Eeeeeeeeeeek.
Keeping fingers crossed for just a nasty infection. At least, that can be cleared up.

I dont' have any money and I dont know where any vets are :\\ I emailed my grandma I dont have her number i have to wait to get it or an email. I tested her with water, she smelled it and seemed interested but then backed off, i waited then moved it by her again and she backed away again :\\

Can a vet do anything or is it too late to vaccinate again?

I am not handling her, I stay away from her. She is contained onto the back porch. I just cleaned off a carrier but idk how I can transport her if she won't go in, I don't want to touch her and have her attack me. She made noises at me when I set it near her, I backed way off.

For walking, she has only taken a few steps and that was to get away from the water, she cant really walk or move.

Call Animal Control if you can't get her to the vet. It's not worth risking you getting rabies. I'm glad you're leaving her contained on the back porch.

If you really want to try something else, you might want to look in the phone book for vet phone numbers; explain the situation and see if you can get a house call.
