Cataracts/blindness?

I'm a fairly new owner to some hens. I've noticed a few of my girls have cloudy eye/eyes. One girl has it on both eyes and cannot see well at all, whenever she is alone she will cry out to the other girls. I've read about marek's disease but they don't have any symptoms of being sick or hurt or anything like it explains. Only the eye(pupil area) is cloudy. Is it possible they are just cataracts? The hens are 21 weeks old. Help!

Also, they are all healthy, no weight loss or anything like that.

That's a difficult situation to diagnosis. Mareks and several other viral diseases can cause blindness . Certain bacterial infections can also cause blindness. Have you contacted the hatchery for advice as to possible causes?

I haven't contacted them yet, I just been noticing it more often and that its getting to be in more than one bird. I just want them healthy and dot wanna miss a thing. I was thinking about taking one to the vet or see if there is a vet on wheels. I don't have any that seem unhealthy, just the eyesight.
