Caught my peacock displaying today

Of course his lady ignored him, but I was excitedly see the show! Anyone else have boys showing off yet?

Yep my peacocks are displaying too. They aren't displaying a bunch like they will in the summer but they are displaying a good amount. My white male peachicks seem to like to display when they think I am not looking and then Peep my hand raised peachick displays only for me. When I walk into his pen that is all he does is display at me and when I leave the pen he stops. He ran at my foot a few days ago and made an attempt to make that matting call the males yell when they chase a peahen. My adult peacock Alto has been doing a bit of displaying but mainly his displaying is a minute long then after a while he does another minute long display. He has mainly been displaying for the little female peachicks. I can't wait for the calling and the eggs.

Beautiful 3 year old Boyo displays for any form of wildlife.
Lately he has been displaying for a cottontail that comes by in the mornings for a little seed...
Go figure!
