Looks like it could be coccidia poop, or worse (blackhead).

Uh oh. I was afraid of that.
She's eating, drinking, and still terrorizing her turkey buddies.. so I'm hoping it's nothing as serious as that. I've stopped giving bananas and haven't seen any diarrhea yesterday or this morning so far. Fingers crossed.
