Hi I have three Cayuga eggs in the incubator and I noticed that they are rocking around a lot and there only one day 22, I’ve never experienced this before is this normal? Do I put them into lockdown? And will they come early?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

i have never hatched ducks before, but i believe this is them just getting into position ready to hatch i would maybe put them into lockdown

since they’re showing signs of hatching prep. Here’s what to do:

Increase humidity to around 65%–75% to help them not get stuck in the shell.
Stop turning the eggs — they need to settle into hatching position.
Make sure the air vents are open so they get enough oxygen.
Avoid opening the incubator from this point on unless absolutely necessary to keep the humidity stable.

I am obviously not an expert and may be completely wrong, definitely wait for someone more expert (i may be contradicted!)
good luck!
