i have a 6 week old Cayuga and a 6 week old Pekin. My Pekin is way bigger than my Cayuga and has developed a definite quack, so I know it's a female. My Cayuga is still chirping and chattering like a little duckling, it has ALOT of green plumage coming in. No drake feather yet, lol but I'm getting over anxious... I'm thinking / hoping its a drake... Anyone have any past experiences with plumage differences in m/f young Cayugas?

Drake feathers come in around 14 weeks give or take. So you got a while there, however usually you will be hearing a quack by now if it's a girl. Sounds like it could be a drake but you will know for sure in a few weeks.

Female Cayugas have a lot of green/blue plumage. Mine practically glows green in the sun.
