I moved her from the brooder to outside officially and she definitely is perked up but I don’t think she will be walking at all, her feet stopped working but she can’t stand up at all but she walks on what I think is her knees I’m not sure

In the meantime, what food is she eating and what form of niacin are you using? And how old is she?

OK, here are some of Miss Lydia’s suggestions
She needs to place her on soft bedding so she doesn't tear up her knees until she is up standing again. Probably best to put her where she can see everyone but isn't trying to keep up. A large dog crate or a small pen.

Poultry Cell might be a good one to get her on.

The reason I mentioned poultry cell it it has the vitamins already in it and would only mean one dosing
I didn't mean just dose her once and that's it but dosing with vits all in one is much better than trying to get many things down them. I actually put Poultry cell in all my waters last evening. But she should dose with a syringe so she knows she is getting full dose. Direction on the bottle

I did have her on all flock crumble with some brewers yeast everyday but then I put her on all flock pellets with some brewers yeast still and she is about 12 weeks old
