Cecal poop or coccidiosis?

One of my 4 week old chicks jumped on my back and eventually pooped on me lol, this is what it looked like. I initially thought cocci but now I’m wondering if it could be cecal poo instead. It was definitely thicker and smelled.

I have never seen blood red cecal poop. I would treat for cocci right away at maximum dose
