cecal poop

is cecal poop "normal"
why is it called a differant name..

my chickens are having this kind of poop.. not all the time but ive noticed it alot..
i was starting to get worried they arent laying and i have 2 heated lights in the coop for them one infered one clear....
i worm them once every three months.. im just baffled.
