Celiac, need recipes

Like I said "few" . You are showing feeds that may be popular but compared to the total amount of chicken feeds sold in the USA they make up a small percentage of the tons sold each year.
the majority of chicken feed sold in the US isn't small bags over the counter - but that doesn't do the original poster any good.

Nutrena is popular, uses both wheat middlings and red dog wheat.
Purina, too. Or used to. Now their labels "Processed Grain By-products" as somewhat less enlightening. Wheat Middlins in the Flock Raiser, likely in the other products as well..

Believe it or not, I'm trying to help the OP out, not argue semantics over total poultry feed sold in the US re: wheat content to non backyard flock owners.

It's new and all feed. It's stored tightly and in a dry area. It's just the gluten that's affecting me
I'm sorry that someone with no knowledge of celiac disease or non-celiac gluten sensitivity is giving you a hard time. I'm in the same boat. The gluten in the dust from the chicken feed is making me sick as well.

A work group went to a pizza place for dinner one day. Since we planned to sit outside, I went as well. Turns out even the air in a pizza restaurant has enough gluten in it to give me symptoms. Air borne flour, who knew it could be such a problem.
