Cemani?

I was sure one was male, one female, but now im not sure.. Any help? 3 months old. They look so similar but one has longer tail feathers that remind me of a roo... But when i look stuff up, i think a roo would have larger comb

Well , looks like i was correct. He is a very pretty boy and his sister is definitely a female
