So I built a pond for my ducks. The day I finished cementing it it rained and it's rained every day since then. The pond is now 1/2 full of water. How is this going to effect the setting of the concrete?

Depends on a lot of factors but most concretes set decently quick. How long did it set before it started raining?

Well, the thing is it pretty much rarely rains here. So I figured when I bought the cement on Wed that I'd have it done on Sat and so I just left the cement stacked by the pond. Of course, it rained Thurs. So I was out in the rain cementing the pond. It was nice for about 8 hours but that's it. My father told me it takes 2 weeks to cure cement so I was wondering if that will be a lot lot longer since it's full of water.

I'd say it would be fine. As long as it had a little time to cure you should be alright.
