Chalky eggs

My Black Copper keeps laying these chalky shelled eggs. The shell itself is strong and the egg appears fine otherwise. Normally she lays beautiful dark eggs, but lately she is laying these ugly things. The shell texture makes my skin crawl when I touch it. Any idea what's up?

Ok, that makes some sense however, I have many other hens and their eggs are fine. They all have access to layers feed and free range every day all day yet no other hen lays like this.
