chamomile flowers?

We live on 113+ acres and in the summertime it is awash in yellow chamomile flowers. I wonder if there would be a market for them? I mean literally thousands and thousands of flowers.

I've never seen yellow camomile, only white. As it happens, camomile flowers make a very nice herbal tea.
