Change in chicken behavior

I recently had a home roof installed. My 4 hens haven’t laid any eggs since! Two of my hens , Andalusian fowl ,have also started attacking the other two which are a different bread. Before the roofing job they all got along great for over a year! Any suggestions?

How close are the chickens to the house? Chickens don't like change and they could be stressed by the noise.

A bunch a strangers making loud noise and commotion for a few days? Yeah, they got scared.
