Hi may be the wrong page but giving it a shot I have 32 chickens half sleep in the coop rest in the run witch I bord up in the winter with a 2nd fenced run out side of that my question is when should I remove the boards live in Southern New England still get cold at night and windy lately only reson I ask is I have a single hen that won't roost sleep on the ground rest hen started picking on here about 6weeks ago not sick or injured just a outcast
