The only ordinance on the book is one that says, "Don't let your fowl run loose". So they claim it comes under Agriculture which doesn't allow them. The first ordinance to me says in order for you to not let your fowl run loose, you have to have them. There is a meeting that a few of us have been invited to attend on August 7th to ask for a new ordinance to allow hens in our Backyards. I need help with what to bring and say before this meeting that will convince them that hens are alright to have. Help!
