I've heard these are good chickens for meat with a decent sized breast. Anyone have experience with them? Curious when they should be processed and how much meat is gotten? Have heard great things about them.

Chanteclers are great in cold weather, and they are good meat birds that can also forage well.
I've never had personal experience with them, however, so I wouldn't be sure how long it takes for them to fill-out.

They're a great rare breed to work with.
