Nvm here it is:

For oscars history, he could have been a human wandering in the woods, until a moose(mother nature) approached him and gave him the power. One day his family got him so worked up, he transformed and realized that he can shift. He ran the woods to find the moose but failed. He was sent to an orphanage and was thrown from family to family, until (you can pic either or)
he resides in the forest, hiding from anyone who could take him. He stays in cat form to raise less suspicions.
