The Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia!
In my adult guineas I have an opaline guinea and yesterday the rest of the flock
started chasing him everywhere....non-stop...
poor thing is hiding from them...running, on roof tops, tree tops and running
from the others....yet they let him sleep side by side with them..?

Today it started all over again..?? Running...chasing...

what do you think? pecking order thing? or what??
I don't want him to get hurt.......

I had guineas. All I can say is they are crazy!. They may get over it in a few days, sometimes they forget from day to day why they are doing it. Maybe it's the weakest male... they know before you what sex they are. Good luck!

Must be something in the air, same thing happened with my flock yesterday. 30-5 month old guineas, together since day one, started chasing one male, not the runt, everytime he steps out of the house. He is eating, drinking, no sign of injury or illness. Any ideas why?
