Cheap 7 egg incubator

I have this tiny 7 egg incubator I got for free. Anyone ever had any success with it? It keeps failing to maintain temperature, either too hot or too cold. No matter how high I set the temp it's always too cold. Has anyone ever modified it to make it work better?

I have that same one! Lol! I've run mine and it works. I suggest you buy a mini thermometer and Put It In There So You Know Exactly What The Temperature Is. I Have One For Mine.

Thanks. I've been using a digital infrared thermometer and checking the temp of the eggs I put in yesterday. It kept fluctuating from 94-105F. After a couple hours trying to calibrate it I ended up setting the eggs under a broody hen. She's not a good mom and already squashed a few eggs so that's why I got this thing.
