Cheap doves?

Hello everyone! I am going to start breeding doves and I was wondering if anyone was selling them for a cheap price I only have 50$ saved up and I was hoping I could get a pair of pied or tangerine pearled doves. Any other doves would be fine too

have you checked your local craigslist? I have always had pretty good luck with finding really cheap animals, fencing, supplies, etc.

Yes I've tried searching Craigslist, but there are no doves. But thanks for the advice

Look for other than standard feral looking rock doves, then breed them out for various purposes and back to what parents etc were before interbred. cheap as can be, feed cheap as layer n scratch mixed (cheapest feeds), n mixing in wild bird seed/feeding on off, or going mostly on wild bird seed n seven grain scratch, feeding layer for breeding.
