I'm going to start this to give everyone a chance to speak up about the best/cheapest buy for there coop.

Mine is Nesting Boxes! I went to our local dollar tree and picked up 8 plastic cat litter bins. They are the perfect size and didn't cost an arm and leg to get.

1 coop built with pallets free, windows free, roofing free, hardware 42.00 ( should have gone to restore ), run 125.00. total cost 167,00. coop size 4x8. Gotta love it
