Where is the cheapest place that I can get the brinsea octagon advanced or eco? WITHOUT auto egg turner? But with the humidity thingy?

And let me get this straight... the humidifier is $119? That's even more expensive than the actual incubator!

The humidifier is an expensive add on that precisely controls the humidity.... Without it to fill one or 2 troughs in the bottom and adjust the vent to get proper humidity. The troughs need filled every couple of days so they dont go dry.

I would get a guage for humidity and do it that way.

Keeping it simple is always better

Oh, okay. I thought that the humidifier was the only humidity source.

Since I got the Brinsea Eco, I dont even use a hygrometer anymore. Just fill up the trays and let er rip. I just use mine for hatching, and have perfect hatches every time.

We dont need no stinkin hygrometers!

wish that all my hatches with the eco 20 were sucessful. do you have the auto turn? do you turn eggs more than 3 times daily?
