So of the colors chosen for the boxes make the white text very hard to read.
But that's all I thought could use improvment. It's nice.

I was thinking the above mentioned comment as well... BUT, it does show the whole quote in it's entirety at the end, so I see that is meant to be more artful in nature up until then. I think it's fine.... I think it keeps you interested until the end

I was planning to ask him to make the background less..."plain" so to speak by adding a color to it or some scenic background. What do you think?

Also...maybe change the song? It sounds a little weird. Haha

LASTLY: Is $20 for the intro page worth it?

$20 is a bargain.
Most of the freelance web people I know and work with charge $60-120/hr and that would take about 1-2hrs.
