I cook a lot, but I don't bake, we rarely eat sweets in my house at all. However my 18 year old daughter has taken it upon herself to become a baker of a few items. She has come up with a cheesecake recipe that she really likes, but she would like it to be dryer and "stiffer" . . . would that mean less liquid or more eggs or something else?
thanks,
Katy

Can you post the recipe and we'll see if we can change it up a bit? I do a long low bake on most of mine and the texture comes out smooth but dense. One could also try cornstarch if the recipe doesn't already call for it. I use up to 2 Tbsp.; more or less depending on what kind of cheesecake.
