I actually have a Wanda like from them and she definitely doesn’t match that

Silver laced Wyandotte.....and I do believe rebel farm is right with cockerel.

Looks like a pullet to me. The comb is a lil red but it's still very flat. Also no sign of wattles or wing bars.

Cushion combs don't get big. Pullets will stay smaller and yellower til around 2-3 mths old then start to pink up but stay small and flat
