Chick acting strange, other one died

My chick hatched a day ago and it sleeps very easily, plus when it drinks water it tilts its head back like other chickens, but brings its head forward and makes gulping motions. It only does the gulping thing occasionally, but its brother did the same and died a while ago. Am I overreacting, or is there a problem?

I wish I had some help for you but I just don't know, I am sorry you lost your one baby and sure hope the other little one will be ok! Maybe you could post this in emergencies, & diseases too.
