chick acting weird? Help please

this baby silkie hatched 2 days ago looks healthy, breathing, doesn't want to open it's eyes (had it open the previous days), other chick seems to be scared, stands up but goes back to sleep, hardly chirping. I'm wondering why it's walking when I try to wake it up, but doesn't open it's eyes and goes back to sleep two seconds after I wake it up? I also can't get it to chirp? It's been doing this since the morning.

It died, I tried everything to keep it awake. Why do you guys think it died? Also the other chick does the splits and has a hard time not to do that. Any ideas how to fix that?

Sorry to hear you lost that chick. For the other one, the brooder floor might be too slippery, do you have a rubber mat on it? I use a drawer liner in a big plastic bin.

Might be, But when I put it on the carpet it still has a hard time. One leg got better though.
