Chick attacked by rooster

One of my chicks got attacked by my rooster. My rooster escaped out of the coop when my chicks were out playing in the grass. Her neck is like this all the way around. Also the skin on top of her head is hanging on by a thread. Meaning I can pull it up. Also there is a chunk of skin gone on her beak. What should I do. Please help ASAP .

if it needs sewen up I'd take her to vet for stitches.clean the wounds and maybe start her on antinotic for a anti infective. hope she gets well. keep her warm. she could be in shock.
