Okay, so the little chick bator intrigues me for a gift item. I have a Hovabator that gives me great hatches, so I was wondering the if the results could be duplicated.

Anyone have/like this product?

Thanks!

Pretty much agreeance across the board that chick bators and other little dome bators are junk. You won't get the same hatch rates as a hova. It will require alot more eggs to get the same number of chicks. The small number of eggs means you have a high risk of getting single chicks which may even die from loneliness. Chicks have also gotten injured or killed after managing to hatch because there is so little room in the bator.

I bought one of those little $15 dome incubators and successfully hatched out 2 ducklings.

No monitoring humidity, just fill the bottom with water.
