Chick bleeding, don’t know what to do

A chick just hatched and it’s bleeding, what should/can I do? It looks like the vessels in the shell didn’t dry out all the way before it hatched. It’s my first time hatching chicks and I’m not sure what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi! I’m sorry I don’t really know what to tell you at this point since I just saw this but I hope your chick is doing ok. Hopefully someone else will pipe up with some helpful advice.
