Chick born with bent legs that wont straighten?!?

I have a chick that was just born and it cant stretch its legs.. Both of them are bent up to its stomach but it can kick them.. Both of the joints are red and look like they were bleeding? I feel terrible.. I know its not spraddle leg.. Any advice on what I should do?

I was really hoping so but it doesn't seem to be getting any better.. The joints both look like they are fixed that way.. I've tried to straighten its leg but it will only let me go so far I til it starts crying.. Its been stuck on its back and cant walk

I tried what it said on the site but I've had no luck.. Neither tendon on either leg will go back in.. Both hocks are bloody red and one is actually bleeding..One leg looks like its slightly rotated in and the other one out.. Both are going in same direction if you look at the chick from the front, like it mustve been cramped that way in the egg and is now stuck that way.. I'm going to try my best to splint both legs as straight as I can but dont have high hopes.. And I want to make a chick chair but I cant find anything to show how to actually make it, picture i found dont show enough detail so im not sure...
